Return Eligibility
Given the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- 7-Day Return WindowYou may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Original ConditionThe product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of PurchaseA valid order confirmation or invoice must be provided.
- Non-Returnable ItemsCustom-made, personalised, or engraved products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it to our logistics partner for pickup.
Refund Process
- InspectionOnce we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 3 business days.
- Refund TimelineApproved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping CostsOriginal shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or defective on arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free return pickup and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Restoration Services
For pieces damaged during ownership, we offer restoration services by the original artisan. Please contact our concierge team for a restoration quote.
