Delivery Timelines

• Metro CitiesTypically 5–7 business days after despatch.
• Tier 2 & 3 CitiesTypically 7–10 business days after despatch.
• Remote AreasUp to 12–15 business days after despatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated throughout the journey.

Packaging & Handling

We don't use standard courier packaging. Every कलाCore piece is handled with care:

• Custom CratingEach order is secured in a custom-built, shock-absorbent crate designed to protect the piece during transit.
• InsuranceAll shipments are fully insured for their value.
• Fragile HandlingOur logistics partners are trained to handle handcrafted items with special care.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is despatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your delivery from our Jodhpur workshop to your doorstep.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and product weight/dimensions.
• Free shipping may be available on select orders — check the product page for details.
• Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations.
