We don't use standard courier services for our primary collection. Each item is handled by our specialized logistics partners who understand the structural nuances of aged wood and hand-etched brass.

Returns & Restorations
Given the unique, handcrafted nature of our pieces, we encourage collectors to engage with our concierge service before acquiring a piece. However, we understand that sometimes an object may not find its place in your home.
- 7-Day Review: You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be in their original "reserve condition."
- Restoration Support: If a piece is damaged during your ownership, we offer restoration services by the original artisan.
